Have you heard The Bad News? Cory Cullinan’s releasing a new big band album — recorded in Reach Studios‘ brand new Retro Recording Room — in 2027.
The Bad News is an album that’s equal parts fun and fun. It features twelve new Cory Cullinan songs backed by an amazing big band; huge doses of musicianship, heart and humor; and a duet with his daughter, recording artist Riley Max. The title track was originally featured in the Brad Pitt & Robert Redford film Spy Game and can be heard in a more intimate version on Cory’s Soundtracks album.
Here’s a sneak peek from the upcoming album… Track 10: It Matters. This partial mix of the song features Cory’s vocal, piano, bass and drums… but you’ll have to wait for the album’s release to hear the full big band orchestra behind it.
