Tune Your Team

Thank you for a wonderful hour learning about music, life and values. We are grateful. You helped me recognize that, yes, I need to take action and not watch by the sidelines.

Husband and wife team Cory and Janette Cullinan — he an acclaimed recording artist/teacher, she a former Fortune 5 executive — work with your corporate, academic, work and community teams to Tune Your Team and build leadership and collaboration skills via Janette’s coaching skills and Cory’s ability to bring groups together creatively.

The Tune Your Team Workshop can be in a single session or multiple sessions. Janette (a/k/a The Brains) will teach your team leadership and collaboration techniques and data-driven insights.

Cory (a/k/a The Artist) adds levity to the proceedings, writing and recording a song with your group building community, creativity and collaboration. Cory, who runs Stanford University’s summer Recording Arts program and has been a Professor of Recording Arts at multiple universities, brings his mobile recording studio to the sessions, and has written and recorded over 50 custom songs with organizations and groups nationwide, usually in 90 minutes or less from conception to completion. He’s been hired to do so by everyone from Carnegie Hall to Strings Music Festival.

Info on Cory is all over this site, and most visitors already know about him. So let’s introduce you to Janette. Janette Cullinan was one of the only blind Fortune 5 Senior Directors in America for years before she decided to launch her own Executive Coaching business. Here’s what UnitedHealth Group published leading up to one of the events she lead for the organization:

Janette Cullinan, senior director of learning experiences on UnitedHealth Group’s Talent Development team, shares how she uses her own experience of living with a disability to remain laser-focused on providing the best possible experience for the end user.
