Positive Energy — the name of the track — is what I also got out of the track in working with Cory. It was really cool because he was really malleable and easy to work with in the sense that he was completely open to doing whatever needs to be done as long as the integrity of the message and what we had was there. We did a lot of editing, we did a lot of replacing some of the files, and through the mix process I took a lot of creative liberty. Cory was super cool about that. We worked together, and he would give me mix notes along the way. In the end, the whole goal of these collaborations is to make a better product than if you did it just on your own, and I know that was the case here. We all put our heads together, and the ending result I’m very pleased with and proud to be a part of. Nice work, Cory — nice working with you!
