I am used to singing in a very specific way for musical theater. But as soon as I heard this song, I knew that I would have to let loose a bit and really sing whatever I felt in the moment.Mostly, I just wanted my vocals to feel very raw, so I didn’t think too much about delivery. I just trusted that whatever came out of my mouth in that moment would be OK.
